notice is hereby given that by an Order dated
January 23, 2024, this court appointed Ejeja
Carter as Personal Representative of the
Estate of Georgeann Gradnego, who died
April 23, 2023. All creditors having claims
against the estate are required to file their
claims with the Court Clerk within sixty (60)
days after mailing or first publication of this
notice (as the case may be), or their claims will
be forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the
requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080,
and other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
