2401 – SLURRY SEAL VIRGINIA RANCH

The Town of Gardnerville will accept sealed
bids until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March
19th 2024 at the Town of Gardnerville
Administrative offices at 1407 Highway 395,
Gardnerville, Nevada 89410 for the following:
Furnishing and installing approximately
200,000 square feet of LMCQS Type Two
Slurry Seal per the Standard Specifications
of Public Works Construction 200.03.06 and
337.07 including traffic control and notification
as well as repainting all roadway markings and
red curb painting. The contractor shall repaint
all sign posts and frames within the project
limits. All other items per the approved plans
and specifications. Estimated cost is $78,000
and is not expected to exceed the prevailing
wage threshold.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
in the Town of Gardnerville Administrative
offices at 1407 Highway 395 N, Gardnerville,
Nevada 89410, at 2:00 p.m. on March 19,
2024 and will be considered for award by the
Gardnerville Town Board on April 2, 2024.
Work shall begin no later than May 20, 2024
and must be completed within 15 calendar
days.
Bid forms, plans, and specifications may be
downloaded at: Questcdn.com with the project
number #8992895 for a cost of $22.00. This
will place the contractor on the plan holders list
for reporting purposes.
The Town of Gardnerville reserves the right to
reject any or all bids or parts thereof, received
pursuant to this invitation.
