NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF DONNA JEAN NEGREY
NOTICE is hereby given that the
undersigned is a duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of the Negrey Living Trust
Dated January 26, 1999 (Restated October 13,
2015). The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, Donna
Jean Negrey died on May 13, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against a settlor or
the Trust, as applicable, must file a claim with
the Trustee c/o Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401
Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502,
within ninety (90) days after the mailing for those
required to be mailed, or ninety (90) days after
publication of the first this notice to creditors.
Any claim against a settlor or the trust estate,
as applicable, that is not timely filed is forever
barred.
