The Carson Valley Youth Lacrosse team signup will begin January 19.
Carson Valley Youth Lacrosse teams completed their fourth season in the Spring of 2023 under the High Sierra Lacrosse League of Northern Nevada.
The u12/14 girls team finished in fourth place with a record 3- 6. The u12/14 boys team finished fifth with record 2-5.
Most recently, the nonprofit club completed their third season of clinics during Fall 2023 where beginning youth between the ages of 8 and 14 learned skills specific to the boys and girls lacrosse games.
Lacrosse is traditionally a spring sport when practices typically begin late February and weekend games run late March through June.
Spring 2024 for boys and girls ages 8-14 is fast-approaching with registration slated for a program presentation beginning at 6 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center. Time for questions and registration opportunities will immediately follow the program presentation until 7:30 p.m.
