On 1/4/2024, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1628
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1628, an ordinance enacting revisions to the Town of Minden’s trash and garbage collection regulations, Douglas County Code 18.04.090, including changes to the green waste program.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 18, 2024, and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Danny Tarkanian, Walt Nowosad, Wes Rice, Sharla Hales, Mark Gardner
