SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Elevator Modernization
Sealed bids for the Elevator Modernization will be received by Douglas County via hard copy to Douglas County Public Works, 1120 Airport Road #F2; Minden, Nevada 89423 until 10:00 a.m. on 2/01/2024, at which time the Bids received will be opened publicly. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be opened or considered.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to modernize the elevators at the Historic Courthouse (1616 Eighth Street) and Minden Inn (1594 Esmeralda Street) as more particularly described in the Bidding Documents.
Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Douglas County website at https://www.douglascountynv.gov/r_f_p__bid.
The Engineer’s estimate for this project is: $380,000 to $475,000
