NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner Stephan R. Popichak has filed in the Court a
Verified Petition to Admit Will to Probate and for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Authorization to Administer the Estate Under the Independent Administration of Estates Act with Full Authority (the “Petition”), a hearing has been set for February 20, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, 89423. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause with the Petition should not be granted.
