On 1/18/2024, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners INTRODUCED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1629
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1629, an ordinance
amending Douglas County Code 10.12.050
related to regulations for parking within the
Town of Minden.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 2023-1629,
proposes to amend Douglas County Code
10.12.050 relating to regulations for parking
within the Town of Minden, including the
ability to place a lien on real property for
imposed fines. The ordinance clarifies
that the Minden Town Advisory Board may
designate areas as “No Parking” zones,
and eliminates language regarding the
imposition of an infraction for violations of
Douglas County Code 10.12.050.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be
held on 2/15/2024. A copy of this ordinance is
on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
