NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Special Co- Administrators and Petitioners MICHAEL HINTZ and AUBREY ROWLATT have filed in this court a Verified Petition to Convert to Full
Administration; for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Full Authority to Administer the Estate Pursuant to the Independent Administration of Estate Act, and a hearing has been set for Monday, the 4th day of March, 2024, at 1:30 P.M., at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Nevada
Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the Estate. However, before taking certain acts, the Personal Representative/Administrator will be required to give notice to interested persons unless he/she/they waive notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent Administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. N.R.S. 143.345(3).
