Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and 155.020, notice is hereby given that by an order dated January 23, 2024, this Court appointed Julie Scott as personal representative for the Estate of Lillie Beatrice Hanning-Zelnick, who died August 22, 2021. All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claims with the Court Clerk within sixty (60) days after the mailing or first publication of this notice (as the case may be), or their claims will be forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080, and the other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
