NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Matthew
A. Leurgans has filed in this Court his Petition
for Appointment of Co-Personal Representatives,
for Issuance of Letters of Administration,
for Authorization to Administer the Estate
Under the Independent Administration of
Estates Act with Full Authority and for Full
Administration
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a
hearing has been set for February 20, 2024,
at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. I, Douglas County District
Court, 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada
89423.
All interested persons are notified to appear
and show cause why said Report and Petitions
should not be approved. Reference is
hereby made to the Report and Petitions for
further particulars.
The matter will be approved without
further hearing unless an objection is filed.
You do not need to appear unless you
wish to object.
