NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SANDRA CHRISTINE SILVA has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of ANNA MARIE SILVA, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070(1)(b), and has set the matter for a hearing on this 29 day of July, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set aside to SANDRA CHRISTINE SILVA, as the Trustee of THE ANNA MARIE SILVA LIVING TRUST, dated November 21, 2016.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
