NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned represents PATRICIA L. STECKSMITH

as the currently acting Trustee of the

Larry L. Bittner and Marcia A. Bittner Trust.

That LARRY L. BITTNER and MARCIA A.

BITTNER were the Grantors of said Trust.

That MARCIA A. BITTNER died on February

17, 2019. That LARRY L. BITTNER died

on May 19, 2024. A creditor having a claim

against the trust estate or on behalf of LARRY

L. BITTNER or MARCIA A. BITTNER must

submit his or her claim to the undersigned on

behalf of the currently acting Trustee within

ninety (90) days after first publication of this

Notice.
