Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and 155.020,

notice is hereby given that by an order entered

July 8, 2024, this Court appointed Eddy

Ray Taylor as personal representative for the

Estate of Anita J. Grochow, who died April 17,

2024. All creditors having claims against the

Estate are required to file their claims with

the Court Clerk within ninety (90) days after

the mailing or first publication of this notice

(as the case may be), or their claims will be

forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the

requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080,

and the other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
