NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
GREGORY PAUL LAWSON has petitioned
the Court for an Order assigning and setting
aside the Estate of JEF LYNN LAWSON,
Deceased, without administration pursuant to
Nevada Revised Statute 146.070(1)(b), and
has set the matter for a hearing on this 29th
day of July, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in Department
II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden,
Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be
set aside to GREGORY PAUL LAWSON,
as the Trustee of the LAWSON FAMILY
TRUST, dated March 25, 2011, pursuant to
the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament and
pursuant to N.R.S. 146.070(1)(b).
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not
need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
