NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mary Ann Baldoquin has been appointed and qualified by the Ninth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Douglas, on the 6th day of May, 2024, as Administrator of the Estate of Albert W. Herr, aka Albert William Herr, deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
NRS 147.070 requires claims for $250.00 or more to be supported by Affidavit.
A copy of any claim is to be mailed to the attorney for the estate.
