APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93510
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 29th day of May 2024 Dave C. Rouse & Marcy Rathjen Rouse of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.022 c.f.s., 5 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 83619. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4, Section 30, T14N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 30 bears S 49 degrees 43 minutes 42 seconds W, a distance of 1,853.8 feet (approx. 0.6 miles N-NW of the intersection of US 395 & Stephanie Way in Carson City, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 30, T14N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 30 bears N 07 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 2,200 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
