APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93511
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
29th day of May 2024 Paul Mast & Deborah
Lamson of Gardnerville, Nevada made
application to the State Engineer of Nevada
for permission to change the point of diversion
and place of use of 0.32 c.f.s., 21.2 a.f.a., a
portion of water heretofore appropriated under
Permit 24674, Certificate 8292. Water will be
diverted from an underground source at a
point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section
14, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point
from which the NE corner of said Section 14
bears N 87 degrees 08 minutes 52 seconds
E, a distance of 793 feet (approx. 4 miles
East of Centerville, NV). Water will be used
for irrigation purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year. The existing
point of diversion was located within the NE1/4
SE1/4 Section 24, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or
at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said
Section 24 bears N 61 degrees 50 minutes 20
seconds E, a distance of 1,186.7 feet. Water
was used for irrigation and domestic purposes
from January 1st to December 31st of each
year.
