APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93512
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 29th day of May 2024 Paul Mast & Deborah Lamson of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.015 c.f.s., 5.77 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 47104, Certificate 11579. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 14, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 14 bears N 64 degrees 26 minutes 25 seconds E, a distance of 465 feet (approx. 4 miles East of Centerville, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 14, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 14 bears N 87 degrees 08 minutes 52 seconds E, a distance of 793.0 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from April 1st to October 31st of each year.
