Recorder’s Office by BRUCE PARNELL
CROSBY aka BRUCE CROSBY (Grantor),
on April 4, 2019. BRUCE PARNELL CROSBY
aka BRUCE CROSBY died on March 25,
2024, in Gardnerville, Nevada, and he had a
date of birth of December 17, 1938.
A creditor having a claim against the Grantor,
BRUCE PARNELL CROSBY aka BRUCE
CROSBY, or his estate, must file a claim with
the undersigned at the address given below
within ninety (90) days after the first publication
of this notice.
