NOTICE is hereby given that Petitioner Gayle D. Wedgwood, has filed in this Court a Petition for Authorization to Administer the Estate Under the Independent Administration of Estates Act with Full Authority and Petition for Issuance of Letters of Administration and a hearing has been set as follows:

Minden, Nevada 89423
The Petition request authority to administer the estate under Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal administrator will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why I should not be.
All persons interested in the above-captioned matter for further particulars, and if necessary, appear and show cause, if any, why said Petition should not be granted.
If you have no objection to the Petition being granted there is no need to appear.
