 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

GREAT BASIN UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT 

Air Toxics Hot Spots Program Annual Reports for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 

Pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 44363, on July 10, 2024 at 10:15 am, the Governing Board of the Great Basin Unified Air 

Pollution Control District will hold a public hearing to discuss the contents and significance of the Air Toxics Hot Spots Program Annual Reports for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This hearing will cover the annual reports for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. These reports describe the priorities and categories designated pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 44360 and summarize the results and progress of the health risk assessment program undertaken pursuant to this part; rank and identify facilities within the District according to the degree of cancer risk posed both to individuals and to the exposed population; identify facilities which expose individuals or populations to any noncancer health risks; and describe the status of the development of control measures to reduce emissions of toxic air contaminants. 

Any interested member of the public may participate in the public hearing by attending in person or virtually. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
