NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that THERESA ROXANA SHALL is
the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of the Roxana Price 2014 Trust, dated
April 28, 2014, and any amendments thereto.
Settlor ROXANA PRICE died on February 11,
2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within ninety
(90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
