NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to NRS 164.025 that JEFFREY DEAN BUSTO is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of THE BUSTO FAMILY TRUST created on March 31, 1997. JOHN A. BUSTO died on July 7, 2023. THELMA V. BUSTO died on December 26, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the grantors and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing of this Notice for creditors who received the Notice via mail, or within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
