Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the Successor Trustee of the Larry Thomas Sabin and Olga Jean Sabin Family Trust, dated November 13, 2008, as amended. Surviving Grantor Larry Thomas Sabin died on February 4, 2024, in Carson City, Nevada. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and/or the trust estate of Larry Thomas Sabin must file a claim, with vouchers attached, with the Successor Trustee identified herein at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
