APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93360
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of March 2024 Pamela B. Pesenti of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.017 c.f.s., 12.4 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 85462. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 34, T13N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 34 bears N 53 degrees 49 minutes E, a distance of 811 feet (approx. 3 miles West of Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 36, T12N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 36 bears N 52 degrees 38 minutes 08 seconds E, a distance of 1,451.49 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
