General Notice
Topaz Ranch Estates General Improvement District (Owner) is
requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
District Wide Flood Channel and Culvert Debris Removal
PWP: DO-2024-260
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Topaz
Ranch GID Office located at 1490 Albite Road, Suite 8, Wellington, NV
89444, until April 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation,
and services for the removal of silt, sand, and rock from 9 sites
consisting of roads, drainage ditches and culverts within the Topaz
Ranch Estates GID Community.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately
$125,000. The Project has an expected duration of 30 days.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 03, 2024, at
10:00AM at The Topaz Ranch Estates General Improvement District
Office, 1490 Albite Road, Suite 8, Wellington, NV 89444. Attendance
at the pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not required.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications,
procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that
are included in the Bidding Documents.
