Public Hearing Notice
A meeting of the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners will be held on Thursday, April
4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Historic
Courthouse, located at 1616 Eighth Street,
Minden, Nevada. The application below
will be considered under the Public Hearing
portion of the meeting. Please consult the
County Manager’s Office for a final agenda.
For possible action. Discussion on Land
Division Application DP24-0010, a request
for a Tentative Subdivision Map to create 119
parcels the smallest being 6,001 square feet
and the largest being 14,371 square feet in
size, in the SFR-8 (Single-Family Residential,
8,000 square foot minimum net parcel size)/
PD (Planned Development) zoning district
in the Indian Hills/Jacks Valley Community
Plan. The parcel is located north of North
Sunridge Drive and east of Highway 395. The
applicant’s representative is Karen Downs,
Manhard Consulting, LTD. and the owner is
Carson Auto Mall, LLC, Michael Hohl. APN:
1420-05-401-011.
