Full Authority Under The Independent Administration of Estates Act and for
Approval of Attorneys’ Fee Agreement:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that CORY WEHAN and BRYCE WEHAN filed with the Court the above captioned Petition in the above captioned estate; and that a hearing on the Petition is now set for the 7th day of May, 2024, at the hour of 1:30pm, in the District Court Courtroom at 1038 Buckeye Rd., Minden, NV 89423.
The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown what it should not be.
