NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a hearing and possible adoption of the Final Budget of ZEPHYR COVE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT on April 8, 2024 at the hour of 10 AM at 723 Church Street, Zephyr Cove, Nevada. A Final Budget has been prepared in such detail and on appropriate forms as prescribed by the Nevada Department of Taxation. Places where copies of the Final Budget will be posted for public inspection by 10:00 AM April 1, 2024 are:

* The Information Box at the bottom of Emerald
Street, Zephyr Cove, Nevada
* The District Office, 724 Lincoln Highway,
Zephyr Cove, Nevada
