Wilder Isaac Sosa Cerrato
An illegal immigrant faces 26 years in prison and deportation consequences on two counts of attempted lewdness with a child and sexual abuse with a child under 14 years of age.
According to court documents, Wilder Isaac Sosa Cerrato, 27, touched a 13-year-old’s genitals and buttocks on the outside of her clothing near Kimmerling Road in the Gardnerville Ranchos.
He is being held in Douglas County Jail on an immigration hold. Sentencing is set for July 15.
