NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents the beneficiaries, ROBERT P. KEHLER, ROBIN S. GRIFFO, and KRISTINA L. EDDINGS, under a Deed Upon Death executed by GUY P. KEHLER and PATRICIA C. KEHLER (grantors) on the 18th day of December, 2006, and recorded on December 18, 2006 as Document No. 0690999 in Douglas County, Nevada. That said grantor, GUY P. KEHLER, died on the 15th day of November, 2019, and that said grantor, GUY P. KEHLER, had a date of birth of the 31st day of October, 1938. That said grantor, PATRICIA C. KEHLER, died on the 16th day of November, 2023, and that said grantor, PATRICIA C. KEHLER, had a date of birth of the 18th day of September, 1938. A creditor having a claim against the grantors, or their estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
