Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and 155.020, notice is hereby given that by an order entered May 7, 2024, this Court appointed Denise Doty as personal representative for the Estate of Donald Leroy Deubner, who died February 29, 2012. All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claims with the Court Clerk within ninety (90) days after the mailing or first publication of this notice (as the case may be), or their claims will be forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080, and the other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
