APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93481
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th day of May 2024 Settelmeyer Ranches, Inc. of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 1.962 c.f.s. and 828.728 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 23, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 23 bears N 85 degrees 46 minutes 23 seconds E, a distance of 652.53 feet (approx. 1.5 miles S-SE of the intersection of US395 & Riverview Drive in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
