REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CVSC CONCESSION STORAGE ADDITION & EAST SIDE EXPANSION
Plenium Builders has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and is requesting proposals for the CVSC Concession Storage Addition & East Side Expansion Project.
The project consists of:
• Concession storage addition to the existing mechanical yard.
• Lobby addition with new glazing system and existing lobby
slab to be removed and replaced with new floor drains.
• New storage addition.
• Trades required are selective demolition, CIP, concrete,
masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, insulation, roofing,
DFH, storefront, metal framing/drywall & acoustic systems,
stucco, tile, flooring, paint, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers,
electrical, earthwork.
• Total approximate budget for construction is $2,600,000.
• Bid documents available May 21, 2024 for qualified
subcontractors.

Interview: Individually Scheduled
Project Start: September 2024

NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580.
