APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93486
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
9th day of May 2024 Michael and Melinda
Heinemann of Bakersfield, California made
application to the State Engineer of Nevada
for permission to change the place of use
and manner of use of 0.42 c.f.s., 88 acre feet,
of water heretofore appropriated under the
Alpine Decree and Claim 249 and 817 and
Permit 62138, Certificate 19569. Water will
be diverted from the Carson River at a point
located at Williams Slough, Rosser (W), Boyd
or Marquart Ditches from the right bank in the
SW corner within the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section
24, T13N, R19E, MDB&M. Water will be used
for commercial purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year. Water was used
as decreed.
