APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93487
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 9th day of May 2024 Michael and Melinda Heinemann of Bakersfield, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.1508 c.f.s., 27.73 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 63409, Certificate 19570. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 31, T14N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 31 bears N 62 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 1,449.00 feet (approx. 6 miles North of Minden, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for irrigation purposes from April 1st to October 31st of each year.
