A California woman faces up to 20 years in prison after she admitted to possession of forgery equipment.
Nicole Cathreen Bianchi, 36, was arrested on March 14, 2023, at the Quality Inn & Suites in Minden, where several forms of identification were located along with two laptops, a copier, fax, and scanner machine, and a card cutter, which were allegedly being used to forge identification documents.
She was arrested with co-defendant Salvatore August Limina, who was sentenced to eight years in prison in June.
Sentencing for Bianchi is scheduled for Dec. 16.
• A warrant was issued for John William Hamrick, 39, in the amount of $213 on Monday.
Hamrick was sentenced to 2-5 years in prison on Aug. 15, 2022, for a third offense domestic battery. He was released from prison in October, according to court documents. After his release from prison, he was ordered to appear in Douglas County District Court for a payment hearing, which he failed to due on Monday.
• A warrant was issued for Clayton James Enox, 22, in the amount of $10,353.04 on Monday.
Enox was sentenced to 18-60 months in prison on Nov. 16, 2020, for attempted eluding of a police officer.
According to court documents, Enox was released at the beginning of the 2024 and was ordered in March to pay $100 per month for restitution totaling, $10,775 for the damage done to the patrol car in stopping him. Enox failed to pay and an order to show cause was issued, for which he failed to appear on Monday.
• A warrant was issued for Alyson O’Hara in the amount $2,749.44 on Monday. According to court documents she had not made payments and failed to appear for court.
• A man who sold methamphetamine to an undercover deputy was granted a suspended sentence on Monday.
Ian Michael Friesell, 29, was arrested Feb. 1, after he sold 11 grams of methamphetamine during a drug sting conducted by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Friesell was sentenced to a suspended 24-60 months and was given credit for 8 days.
• A California woman faces five years in prison for burglary of a business.
Kimberly Troy Stallings, 29, was arrested on Oct. 5 after entering Petco with the intent to commit larceny.
According to court documents, Douglas County District Court attorney Ric Casper, said Stallings is a habitual thief.
“In this case, her risk assessment when she was arrested was a 10, which is in the higher range,” said Casper. “She’s had six separate convictions for thefts, five probation violation arrests since 2018, had probation terminated twice unsuccessful within that time.”
Sentencing is set for Dec. 16.
