HARDESTY has been appointed and qualified
by the Ninth Judicial District Court on October
29, 2024, as Administrator of the estate of
JAMES RUSSELL HARDESTY and SANDRA
HARDESTY, deceased. All creditors having
claims against the estate are required to file
claims with the Clerk of Court within 90 days
after the mailing or the first publication (as the
case may be) of this Notice.
