A meeting of the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners will be held on December
5, 2024, at 10:00 am, in the Douglas County
Commissioner Meeting Room at the Historic
Courthouse, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden. The
Board of County Commissioners reserves
the right to: take items in a different order;
combine two or more agenda items for
consideration; remove items from the agenda;
and/or delay discussions relating to an item on
the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on an appeal
(DP24-0202) of the Planning Commission’s
decision to approve Development Application
DP24-0170, a major Design Review to replace
an abandoned cell tower with an 80-foot
(monopole) cell tower and associated network
equipment within a 30-foot by 30-foot fenced
equipment area, to include network cabinets
and a standby diesel generator. The subject
property is located at 1450 Stephanie Way,
Minden, NV in the Public Facility (PF) zoning
district within the Johnson Lane Community
Plan. The appellants are Casey Rodgers,
Petrina French, Brian & Yvonne Stevens, and
David Magnotta; the Appellant Representative
is W. Scott McCollough, Esq. APN: 1420-27-

(DP24-0204) of the Planning Commission’s
decision to deny Development Application
DP24-0169, a major Design Review to
install a new 80-foot (monopole) cell tower
and associated network equipment within
a15-foot by 25-foot fenced equipment area,
including network cabinets and standby
diesel generator. The subject property is
located at 1699 County Road, Minden, NV in
the Public Facility (PF) zoning district within
the Minden Community Plan. The appellant
is Ginbar Ketema of Verizon Wireless; the
Appellant Representative is Chris Hatch of
