APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93910
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 30th day of September 2024 Bently Family, LLC of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.756 c.f.s., 1,000.00 a.f.a. a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 78678. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 22, T13N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 27, T13N, R20E, MDB&M bears S 18 degrees 38 minutes 37 seconds W, a distance of 7,682.00 feet (approx. 0.14 miles W from the intersection of Buckeye Road and Sandford Way in Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 Section 10, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 3, T12N, R20E, MDB&M bears N 34 degrees 41 minutes 53 seconds W, a distance of 6,658.19 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
