NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CLAIR MERCEDES BRIDWELL has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of GABRIEL MARTINEZ, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070(1)(b), and has set the matter for a hearing on this 13th day of January, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set aside to CLAIR MERCEDES BRIDWELL, as the Trustee of THE GABRIEL MARTINEZ REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated May 28, 2020.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
