NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to NRS 164.025 that VALERIE NICOLE CHARGUALAF is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the DESERT MOON TRUST, dated April 18, 2021.
KATHLEEN J. CHARGUALAF, the Grantor, died on March 10, 2024.
STEVEN W. MOORE, the second and last Grantor, died on August 7, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the grantors and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing of this Notice for creditors who received the Notice via mail, or within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
