NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to
NRS 111.689(3) and NRS 155.020 that the
undersigned, MARTIN LESLIE STAHL, is the
beneficiary under a deed upon death (APN:
1220-03-110-002) executed by ERNEST E.
STAHL, also known as ERNEST ELI STAHL
(grantor), on July 19, 2010, and that said grantor
died on July 23, 2018, and that said grantor had
a date of birth of August 2, 1923.
The Grantor’s wife predeceased him.
A creditor having a claim against the grantor, or
his estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within 90 days after
the first publication or mailing of this Notice.
