A former China Springs Youth Camp counselor is denying charges of sexual misconduct with two 17-year-old residents.
Daryan Benka, 26, is accused of one count of sexual conduct with minors in her care and one count of sexual conduct with an employee.
A trial is scheduled to begin on July 15, 2025.
Pending trial, Benka was ordered not to have conduct with the victims and since she resides outside of Nevada, she was ordered to inform attorney Adam Spicer if she enters the state and wear a GPS monitor if she chooses to live in Nevada again.

Benjamin Alexander McCammon, 29, appeared in Douglas County District Court on Oct. 8 with his attorney John L. Arrascada.
McCammon originally exercised his right to a speedy trial, and a date was set for December.
McCammon has been in custody since March 29 in connection with the Feb. 3 incident.
• A charge of battery on a prisoner was added to those faced by a Topaz Ranch Estates man awaiting trial for sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16.
Ryan Todd Nelson, 39, allegedly grabbed another inmate by the shirt collar back on Aug. 5.
Nelson is scheduled to appear in East Fork Justice Court on Oct. 23. The charge is a felony that carries up to six years in prison.
Nelson is denying the sexual assault charge and is scheduled to go to trial on Jan. 6, 2025. His previous trial set in August was delayed after the July death of attorney Martin Hart.
Nelson has been in custody since July 12, 2023.
• A Jan. 25, 2025, trial has been set in the case of someone accused of beating a man senseless last January.
Ryan James Peterson, 38, is denying charges that he punched the victim Jan. 21, repeatedly knocking him unconscious then continued punching him causing lacerations above the eye which required stiches.
The incident was recorded on video surveillance at the establishment.
according to court documents.
Peterson was reportedly severely intoxicated during his arrest. He is out of custody pending the trial.
