APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93892
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 20th
day of September 2024 Lance Lee Fair and
Bobbiann Fair, Trustees, or their successors in
interest, of the L and B Fair 2021 Revocable
Living Trust, dated November 16, 2021 and
any amendments thereto, of Reno, Nevada
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to change the place
of use of 0.0125 c.f.s., 0.896 a.f.a, of water
heretofore appropriated under Permit 80478.
Water will be diverted from an underground
source at a point located within the SW1/4
SE1/4 of Section 6, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or
at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said
Section 6, bears N 29 degrees 19 minutes 44
seconds E, a distance of 2,993 feet (approx.
0.5 miles SE from the intersection of Mottsville
Ln. and NV-88, Carson Valley, Nevada). Water
will be used for stockwater purposes from
January 1st to December 31st of each year.
