APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93897
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th day of September 2024 Foulke Family Nevada Trust dated 3/6/20, of Glenbrook, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.038 c.f.s., 0.56 a.f.a. a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 18317, Certificate 5503. Water will be diverted from Lake Tahoe at a point located within Lot 2 extended (SE1/4 NW1/4) Section 27, T14N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 27, bears S 17 degrees 57 minutes E, a distance of 3,121 feet (W of Hwy 50 and approx. 2.5 miles S-SW of Glenbrook, NV). Water will be used for domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within Lot 2 (SE1/4 NW1/4) Section 27, T14N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 27, bears S 83 degrees 07 minutes E, a distance of 3,470 feet. Water was used for domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
