Galiste, Esq., have filed in this Court a Petition to Open Estate for Letter of Administration, and the hearing previously set for the 29th day of October, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. is vacated and has been reset for the 19th day of November, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Department No. 1, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, County of Douglas. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
