NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to NRS 164.025 that JAMES PHILIP COLATORTI is the
duly appointed and qualified trustee of THE COLATORTI FAMILY TRUST, dated June 5, 2008.
PHILIP L. COLATORTI died on March 2, 2015.
REVAE COLATORTI died on March 22, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the grantors and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing of this Notice for creditors who received the Notice via mail, or within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
