NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
are the duly appointed and qualified successor
Co-Trustees of The Mills Family Trust,
dated 7/28/2006, and amended 1/14/2020.
William D. Mills, Grantor of the Trust, died
on 2/22/2024, and Joan F. Mills, Grantor
of the Trust, died on 7/20/2024. A creditor
having a claim against the decedents, or the
Trust Estate must file their claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the first publication of this notice.
